Here at All About Homes, we pride ourselves on working closely with landlords and tenants.  We select all properties individually, as we want to promote and provide good quality housing that meets all current legislation.

As part of our fully managed service at 10% we will:

  • Manage the property on behalf of the landlord and hold keys throughout the tenancy.
     

  • Market the property and advertise on relevant platforms.
     

  • Offer accompanied viewings.
     

  • Collect a deposit and register it with one of the government approved tenancy deposit schemes.
     

  • Offer guidance and compliance with local landlord accreditation schemes.
     

  • Collect rent due to the landlord and hold it in a client account.  Provide written statements showing income and expenses.
     

  • Liaise with tenants regarding any management or maintenance issues they may have.
     

  • Instruct proven and trusted contractors to carry out repairs and obtain quotes where necessary.
     

  • Arrange gas, electricity and EPC certificates where necessary.
     

  • Conduct inspections of the property at agreed intervals.
     

  • Carry out a full inspection and inventory check at the end of the tenancy.
     

  • Provide out of hours emergency call-out for tenants.

The cost of this service starts at only 10% of the rent due with a set up fee specific to the property, with no hidden charges. We don't charge VAT so automatically save you 20%. We believe our pricing structure is very fair and very competitive and can offer you a number of bespoke packages. Please feel free to ask us about these.
